“I help female entrepreneurs stop fixing their business and start living their energy sequence”

Smiling elderly woman with white hair wearing purple sunglasses and a purple top, tipping her sunglasses and showing her teeth.

My journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step and more than thirty years of working as a learning specialist and coach, I always believed I needed fixing!

Discovering Human Design helped me realise that wasn’t true. I found out I needed to live the energy I was born with, and so, twenty years after a spiritual healer told me I was using my energy in the wrong way, I finally heard what she had said and I went back to school to learn all about it.

I am a qualified Human Design specialist and executive coach. I am the founder of The Sequencing Room and the creator of The Sequencing Method, a body of work which integrates Human Design, shadow work, nervous system rewiring and parts work.

My clients say I’m better than therapy. I love that. What I am is a specialist in a very narrow thing, the gap between who you were born to be and who you have become.

How I work

I am a 2/4 Manifestor with Emotional Authority and the Right Angle Cross of Rulership. That is not a credential. It is the operating system I work from.

I take instinct led ideas seriously. I really appreciate it when people speak to me plainly. I need to feel into major decisions before committing. I see the body as a more reliable source of truth then the mind. I am not interested in vague spiritual language, and I do not work with women who want to be flattered.

I work with women who are ready to be seen, clearly, specifically, sometimes uncomfortably, by someone who will not pretend the patterns are not there.

If that’s what you’re looking for we will work well together.

If you are looking for someone to tell you that you are doing everything right and just need more confidence I am not the right person for you, and I would rather tell you that now than waste your money.

What I believe…

That your business is not the problem. It’s the most honest mirror you have ever had.

That you cannot strategise your way out of conditioning. You can only practice your way back into your design.

That knowing your Human Design and living your Human Design are two completely different things, and most women have been given the former without ever being given the latter.

That female entrepreneurs are doing the most quietly revolutionary work in the world right now. Building businesses that do not look like the businesses they grew up watching.

Working in ways that do not look like the work they were told was respectable. Earning in ways the old world doesn’t yet know how to measure.

That rest is not optional for a Projector. It is a structural input.

That hermit time is not a luxury for a 2 line. It’s where the work gets done.

That this Methodology travels through women to other women, not just through me as the founder.

For the next 10 years, I’m committing to putting this body of teaching into the world in a form that outlives me - through the women I train, the community I hold, the book I’m writing, and the women who will write their own books and teaching methodologies after they have lived what I taught them.

The practical things…

I live and work in Scotland.

I am married to John.

I work with international clients three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and the rest of the week is for writing, recording, thinking and rest.

I write the Sequencing Letters every week on Substack and record The Sequencing Sessions podcast every Wednesday.

I am currently writing a book called It Was Never Your Business. It will be published in early 2027.
