The Sequencing Method.
For the female entrepreneur who knows her Human Design but doesn’t live it.
What sequencing means
Your Human Design chart tells you what you are. The Sequencing Method tells you how to live it, in the specific moments of your actual working life, where it goes wrong for the majority of us.
Most Human Design reports stop at the description: You are a Generator. You have Emotional Authority. You are a 2/4 profile. The information is accurate, but what do you do with it?
What we need to do is learn what it means to own it.
That’s what sequencing is.
It is the work of catching yourself out of alignment with your design, in real time and choosing to come back to your signature self.
It’s not in journaling later, or in retreat once a year. We have to catch ourselves in the moment of the override, when our energy goes into distortion and where conditioning has been quietly winning for years. We finally see it, and we know what to do about it.
It’s your power.
The five places where conditioning lives
Conditioning does not live everywhere at once. It tends to be loudest in one specific category of your design, the area where the override has been most consistent, most rewarded, most practised throughout your life.
There are five categories. When you can name yours, the work becomes specific instead of overwhelming.
Decision. Where your authority has been overridden so often, you no longer trust it. You make decisions through pressure, through other people’s voices, through your head, and often find yourself in commitments you wish you’d never made.
Connection. Where you bring close, who you let in, and who you cannot make yourself unavailable to. The boundaries you cannot hold are the connection conditioning showing up.
Energy. Where you give your energy against your design’s actual pattern. Productive on the outside. Depleted on the inside. The schedule that looks fine on paper and breaks you in practice.
Visibility. How seen you allow yourself to be. Inherited from family systems that taught a young girl that being seen was dangerous. The inconsistent posting, the launches smaller than they should be, the gap between your work and how know the work is.
Value. What you charge. What sticks. What quietly leaks back to free. The discount you slip in. The scope creep. The pricing that does not hold under pressure.
You might have experienced them all but one of these landed harder than the others
You see, it was never your business.
The Honest Truth
The same conditioning that runs your personal life is running your business.
You only have one nervous system. One authority. One conditioning. One design.
You cannot have two operating systems: one personal and one professional.
You have one, and it is being reflected in everything you build.
The yes you say when you mean no in your business is the same yes you are saying in your life when your body means no.
The boundary you fail to hold with a client is the boundary you fail to hold with your mother, son or best friend.
The visibility you avoid in your marketing is the visibility you avoid in your life.
These are all related.
They are symptoms of the patterns you run, expressing themselves everywhere because that’s what they do.
You need better patterns, you need aligned patterns, that’s what sequencing is.
Before working with Sheena, I was full of self-doubt, people-pleasing, saying yes when I meant no, and self-editing.
Now I feel abundant, I trust myself, and I have a calm, surety and clarity in my decisions.
Taking the time to practice in The Sequencing Room has made such a difference.

How Do We Practice?
The practice is small. The change is not.
It is the daily work of catching yourself in the actual moment of the overirde, not analysing it afterwards, not journaling about it later and choosing differently in front of you.
It’s the buying of time when your authority needs space. The clearly held “no” when your body said no first. The price held without explanation. The visibility offered in your design’s shape, not in someone else’s.
You do not work on all five categories at once. You work on the loudest. Daily. Quietly. Until the conditioning loosens its grip and your design has room to express.
Within weeks of choosing differently, the business starts to look different. New clients appear. Old patterns lose their hold. Your schedule starts breathing. The pricing starts to work.
What’s changed is not the strategy. What’s changed is the source.
What this is not.
This is not a Human Design reading. There are excellent practitioners who will tell you what your chart says.
This is not a business coaching programme. There are excellent coaches who will give you frameworks and strategies.
This is not therapy. There are excellent therapists who will help you understand where the conditioning came from.
The Sequencing Method draws not just on Human Design, but on shadow work, on nervous system work, on parts work, and integrates all of these into a daily practice, specifically for entrepreneurial women whose businesses reflect the gap between knowing your design and living it.
It’s built on thirty years of working with women, who are ready to live fully in their design.
Human Design was overwhelming to me, and I like to dig into things. Sheena made a complex system seem simple, intuitive even. I enjoyed learning and working with her so much I've signed up to work on a certification with her. There is no one I would rather learn from. I am actively creating my business and communities around what serves me, and those I serve and it feels so good!
