My passion is doing the work for myself because then others see me getting results and they want to do the work too. These themes include inadequacy, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and fixing others. As coaches, mentors and consultants we need to understand our tendency to all of these and how the connections we make with our clients may strengthen these themes.
